• Planning, manage & coordinate of the annual statutory financial statement cycle in the EMEA region• Assisting and supporting the Accounting and Control group and the Regional Controllers in the preparation of the statutory accounts, financial statements and back-up documentation• Liaising with the companies ‘auditors to ensure they receive sufficient information and explanations to allow them to complete their reviews within the agreed time frame • Monitor local statutory compliance activities across the region• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant laws, regulation, standards and policies• Report bi- weekly to the Group controller the progress of the annual statutory financial statement cycle in the EMEA region• Monitor corporate tax returns• Assisting and support the Accounting and control group and the Regional Controllers in the preparation of the USGAAP accounts, financial statements and back-up documentation for Quarter and Year end closes

- Manage and coordinate statutory account - Monitor local statutory compliance activities (i.e. Statutory Accounts, Tax) across the region- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards and policies- Ensuring SOX compliance is met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and implemented in a timely manner

- responsible of statutory audit (for Middle East & Cyprus) including preparation of the financial statement, providing information to auditors and first point of contact for the local auditors- resposible of planning and monitoring the statutory audit for Middle East and Cyprus- manage tax audit- responsible of balance sheet control and analysis, cost variance analysis for month end, quarter and year end close; - responsible of SOX and IFRS compliance, internal accounting packages and financial reports in accordance with Locall GAAP;- involved in transfer pricing computations as per internal model and monitoring corporate tax and VAT returns, social security declarations and other taxes.

-planning and managing clients’ audits, including risk management; - first point of contact for the client- compiling and preparing financial statements for various companies (including consolidation of financial information for companies with a foreign head office) under IFRS and US GAAP- Training of junior auditor
