• Coordinate and implement all aspects of Habitat Cabarrus' homeowner in training concept including Recruitment/Awareness, Application process, Partnership Selection process, Home Buyer Education Program, Partnership Support• Coordinate Homeowner Support through Individual Case Management, Neighborhood Watch Development and Publication of a bi-monthly homeowner newsletter• Represent Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County by belonging to service organizations committees such as Cabarrus Planning Council, Cabarrus Advisory Council and the Inter Agency School Services Management Team for Cabarrus County Schools, Concord Planning Council, Cabarrus Health Alliance Advisory Board, Homelessness Task Force.* Develop, coordinate and facilitate the Carolinas HfH Family Services Network Group, a networking community of over 60 Habitat affiliates across four states, to provide a platform for collaboration and training in the area of Family Services.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools • Coordinate School Volunteer Program including recruitment, training, placement and supervision of volunteers. Improved volunteer recruitment in 2007 from 79 to 283 volunteers, increasing overall volunteer activity from an average of 1000 hours in a school year to 4750 hours in 2007.• Solicit and maintain community partnerships with businesses and service agencies. Personally responsible for soliciting $10,000 in donations and grants.• Write, edit, publish and post web version of monthly newsletter, enhancing parental attendance of school activities
