Te Au Reka will make a profound difference to all those who access and participate in the courts and tribunals, by establishing trusted, modern, and responsive digital case and court management capability. It will move courts and tribunals away from manually intensive, paper-based processes to a modern and proactive digital case management system. This will reduce the potential for harm, improve the effectiveness of the court, and support access to justice. It is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Justice and the judiciary.My role includes ensuring the functional and solution teams deliver to the Scope & Define Statement Of Work, client relationship management, schedule management, programme planning. Alongside programme management activities I also supported the Solution Architect overseeing the Proof of Concepts by preparing Delivery memorandums to demonstrate we’d met Acceptance Criteria, helped the CE Functional Lead by trouble-shooting scenarios for User Story cadence, and worked with the commercial lead and Microsoft Practice Partner to develop new Statements of Work for Build.
