Alongside my three dedicated partners, we have established community of over 500 companies, empowering the community to learn from one another and connect with industry peers. *Consulting and working with employees and managers (200employees) on HR development process serving as a focal point for allHR issues according to the business changing needs.*Managing HR operations including, Salary promotion, bonus process, employees appreciation , identified top performers, development processes. *Supporting and counseling organizational structural changes that aligned with the changing needs of the business*Establishing the "Placement Center" (an internal mobility unit). *Worked on creating the first mobile bank in Israel. Part of the establishment team- I recruited the first 150 employees to the company. *Recruited for technical roles: PM, DS, as well as Business roles: Finance, Legal , HR .*Internal mobility - managed the internal mobility processes. *Partnered with senior hiring managers.*Managed time-bound temporary recruiters for a variety of projects *handled special projects, utilizing creativity and innovation in the recruitment process.
