I personally conduct training in business writing skills, email writing skills, communication skills, and success skills for secretaries. In my workshops, I aim to influence and educate my audience, so that they can apply valuable strategies and skills in the workplace and in their personal lives. I make sure my training programmes are practical, motivational, high energy, fun and engaging. I am passionate about engagement and collaboration in the workplace and how communication plays a very important role for leaders. I wear many hats, one being a conference producer. As a previous secretary and PA, I understand the need for a PA to be versatile in her job scope and communication skills. This is why I saw the need to create an event specially for these important people. In 2006, we organised the Asian Summit for Secretaries and Admin Professionals (ASSAP).
