I have multiple project management certificates, Government and B2b sales experience, autonomous and electric vehicle sales operations support experience and 18+ years in communications.Currently, I’m an Associate Director within Verizon’s Account Services, BGCO department. Focusing on onboarding strategic support for our emerging technologies (FWA, POTs, MEC and One Talk). I also manage our public sector ordering and processing support team. My focus is leading teams to discover innovative, streamlined solutions and ideas to assist reps and customers through a healthy and successful onboarding experience.
