 Responsible for IPO affairs to NEEQ Market and optimize overall internal control mechanism  Responsible for coordination with external investors for financing；  Assist CEO on corporate strategy by modelling on market data and perform concrete analysis；  Set up comprehensive budget manage system, SOP, execute and manage the result；  Cashflow management, seeking best financing channel to low down finance cost；  Tax planning and utilize government subsidy to ；  Set up and optimize finance structure

1>Responsible for overall budget management to coordinate senior management and completes the Group's annual budget and rolling forecasts;2>Responsible for consolidated financial statements of the Group under HK GAAP and ensure timely and accurate financial data report to HQ according to SEHK reporting requirement;3>In charge of financial analysis for all affiliated listed companies , managing profitability and budget of overseas branches;4>Support CFO on financing by approaching Bank and potential investors. Assessment and introduce various financial instruments to achieve overall cash flow management objectives5>Perform due diligence on the potential M&A targets and perform valuation.6> Establish internal control and risk prevention mechanism especially for overseas institutions.7>Set up trading company and responsible for operating and accounting of international tradings business, ie. Import of bulk commodities , financing，documents issuance and settlement; export tax return and settlements.

1> Responsible for the financial management of the company, to develop a comprehensive internal control system and process, continuous improvement of company's ERP and business processes, cost control and analysis and deliver monthly reports and all kinds of financial statements, and coordinate internal and external audit of the company.2> Support China operation VP to manage daily operations, strategic decision-making. Continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, analysis, coordination with operational departments including sales, purchase, warehouse and HR departments to solve daily problems.3> Coordination with corporate finance and financial shared service centers, manage the working capital of the company cooperate with Headquarters and handle cross department colleberatives
