As part of the growth team, I am responsible for delivering consultancy and deployment for brands and agencies of innovative marketing and technology services. Key responsibilities include:- Collaborate with sales and account teams to grow new and existing client relationships by developing pitch decks and responding to client RFI/RFPs- Build solutions for marketing execution across processes, technology and people and present value with measurable outcomes- Coordinate cross-functional team across agencies, implementation, technology and commercial divisions to ensure delivery of solutions - Provide best practice across accounts and share insights through analysis of the latest consumer shifts and market trends Meanwhile, I work as an in-house SME managing digital and eCommerce-specific projects to help brands maximise growth in the online environment. Key responsibilities include:- Create an entirely new business model to meet customer demands for eCommerce content creation & syndication, fulfilment, ads bidding and performance reporting- Manage new business development, team building, governance setup, agency partnerships and commercial negotiations on eCommerce-focused projects- Oversee operation workflow across agencies, Procurement, creative studio and Ads Ops to drive conversions through changes on product content pages- Identify best practices and optimisation potentials of process improvement through performance analytics
