Teach a skills lab to second year law students focused on fact analysis, interviewing techniques, negotiation skills and trial advocacy.

Current assignment in the Appeals and Training Bureau of the Office handling post-conviction motions, appellate briefs and oral arguments before appellate panels. Previous assignments in the Financial Investigations and Money Laundering Bureau (Attorney in Charge- Labor Crimes Unit) and Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau where I conducted vertical prosecutions utilizing a variety of investigative techniques including search warrants, wiretaps and other legal processes. Handle court appearances as well as grand jury and trial practice. Experience in complex multi-faceted white collar investigations and prosecutions such as medical and auto insurance fraud, labor law and worker’s compensation violations. Proficient in legal writing, grant writing and have conducted dozens of in-house and statewide legal training on a variety of prescient topics including Social Media, Technology and the Law, Drones and Electronic and Documentary Evidence. Previously cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York.

Adjudicate child abuse and neglect cases. Conduct hearings and make recommendations to the court for services and possible placement for the affected children.
