• Work closely with the operations manager on all the ongoing projects and manage resources for on-sites, • Work with other suppliers, MSPs and contractors for outsourcing.• Organise couriers for computer equipment’s and organise resources for setup, shipping and installation, • Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made• Led the full telephony upgrade project as the Project Manager and Technical Lead.• Designed the new telephony infrastructure, selected suitable technologies, and supervised the implementation process.• Act as a Level 1/2 Technician, responding to technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems during busy period. • Manage resources for any hardware installation and on-site support. • Update documentations and ensure that all our site engineers ensure that they update the client’s documentation every quarter. • Work as a project co-ordinator as well as a technical resource on multiple projects.• Update documentations for the projects and ensure that there is a great handover from the project team to our support desk. • Act as a point of escalations for any urgent issues and ensure that the urgent tasks are assigned and worked upon asap. • Listen to any customer feedbacks and discuss those on weekly meetings and provide your suggestions to do better.
