Responsible for onboarding new hires and providing comprehensive training to case managers on department processes; Complete timely initial client intake/recertification assessments and review documentation in order to determine program eligibility; thoroughly enter data, case notes, and financial data into Client Track; provide general assistance to other team members as requested; submit vouchers for payments to landlords and utility companies in a timely manner; ensures accuracy and consistency when reconciling SalesForce vouchers with entered Client Track services; able to effectively interact with landlords/owners, clients, co-workers, community agencies, and management.

Greet patients and visitors to the hospital; answer questions regarding appointments, visitation, and employment; use technology to review patient information; serve as point of contact for general hospital information; document requests and assign assistance for transportation service throughout the hospital; ensure proper health and safety protocol is being followed; provide exceptional customer service.

Receive applications for energy assistance and review for completion; collect and verify submitted documentation in order to determine program eligibility; approve applications and make eligible pledges to household utility companies; enter information into state databases in order to request pledge payment be submitted; maintain customer files and comply with guidelines of grant contracts.
