Major Responsibilities: Provide full support to the Customers. Manage all travel arrangements for clients. Using the Global Distribution System (GDS) Galileo for reservation and ticketing. Manage local/ international hotels and transport booking. Prepare invoices, service vouchers, and ensure payments procedure. Calculating the costs and adding a mark up as suggested by the top management. Visa assistance & counseling. Deal with corporate clients. Develop outbound tour packages. Send product offers to the client through e-mail. Maintain liaison with international & local tour agents through e-mail, messenger & over the phone.  Answer all the tour related queries from the clients and provide the necessary information. Plan travel itineraries and costing packages as per the client’s requirements. Deal with hotels & logistics vendors. Coordinate other office staff for Office maintenance. Processed unused or partially used tickets for a refund through affiliated travel agencies.  Processed ticketing and prepare invoices. Adeptly dealt with different Airlines/ Airfare contracts and pricing structures. Prepared detailed itineraries upon bookings to ensure the accuracy of reservations and provided confirmation to clients. E-mail Marketing, SMS Marketing as well as personal marketing to improve sales of the company. Provide support in different operations works assigned by Management.
