Know Thyself Happy (www.knowthyselfhappy.com) is a social endeavour to bring forth 'the essence of happiness' for everyone in a scientific and secular way. Through experiential workshops, academic courses and online content, we try to serve our fellow beings & institutions (schools, colleges & firms), discover & experience the meaning & means to mental health and happiness.

A worldwide NGO (www.imaginemindfulness.com) that builds on the scientific tenets of Mindfulness to facilitate deeper realizations about health and happiness through global online programs that have impacted people from 20+ countries. Our flagship program has been shown to reduce stress for more than 95% of the participants.

An experiential Mindfulness elective for Post Graduate participants (PGPs) and PhDs designed to manage stress, build emotional intelligence and discover purpose in life through scientific tools & practices. A post-course analysis showed an average improvement in ~7 percentage points in EQ and Happiness levels of participants.

A compulsory 45 session course for 1st year BBA students to illuminate and help apply the principles of Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness. The course is an experiential one designed to support participants in becoming better at emotional control, managing stress and realizing their purpose. Consequently these principles lay the foundation for building positive relationships and becoming better leaders.

An experiential course customized for Executive MBA and Part-Time PhD Participants. The course centered around demystifying happiness, reducing stress and making work & relationships more meaningful.

Created a stress management program for the Delhi Govt. School Teachers. The project included developing customized workshop content, creating a stress-management workbook, training the master trainers and delivering workshops to reach 1000+ Government schools of Delhi.

A course based on Mindfulness & its practices to help build greater emotional intelligence and purpose for its participants. The course reported an average upliftment of 7 percentage points and 5 percentage points on scientific scales of Happiness and Emotional Intelligence respectively.

The project was designed to uplift the Sexual & Reproductive Well-Being (SRH) and Economic Readiness (ER) for SEC C and D teenage girls in Northern India. The role consisted of digital content & service mapping and creating a signposting strategy which could efficiently service the informational & motivational needs of the said target segment on the 2 themes.

Worked on developing solutions to increase the company's reach to top 100,000 villages where they weren't present at the time, by providing effective shopper solutions basis the understanding of the shopper needs and suggested a cost effective, sustainable and replicable way to service those villages.
