As an intern in front office and F&B service at Ramada by Wyndham, I am gaining valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. I am pursuing my bachelor of hotel management degree at Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management, where I have learned about various aspects of food production, service, housekeeping, and front office operations. I have also developed skills in team collaboration, communication, and problem solving, which are essential for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. I am passionate about the hospitality field and aspire to become a professional hotel manager in the future. My goal is to contribute to the success of the Ramada by Wyndham brand and its mission of creating meaningful connections with guests and communities.
