After a recent takeover of Allscripts healthcare business segment & large practices related suite of products, especially Sunrise, I continue now to be part of Altera.

Started with looking after the overall program for a major product re-write, a critical element of healthcare infrastructure for providers. This has been followed up with participating in various deliveries of sub-products under our flagship Sunrise suite. Playing the role of Security & Privacy liaison, for Sunrise deliveries, along with SOC2 & ISO Audits. Worked with best of breed Agile processes, SAFe methodologies, SPC Certified working in a DevOps work mode, and conducting various SAFe trainings within the organization. Based out of IBM UK headquarters at Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK. Successfully managed a multi-million pound large portfolio of globally delivered projects for the worlds largest forex transaction / trade settlement entity.This bank operates the largest multi-currency cash settlement system. It eliminates the risk associated with foreign exchange (FX) settlement across time zones for over half the world’s foreign exchange payment instructions.The role involves managing portfolio of annually planned system changes, that are strategic in intent and are time bound by mandatory payment 'standards' related deadlines. The entire portfolio has been managed from requirements, solutioning, development/ delivery across testing, into production. Have played the role of single point of contact with a regular client interface regarding the contractual aspects, metrics, and reporting.The portfolios are consistently being delivered within acceptable time, quality norms, SLAs, profitability and high client satisfaction.

Worked on engagements on Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, Travel & Transport and Enterprise Security. Have special interest in innovation development, global trends analysis and technology predictions.
