Also working on moving overflow 3 PL to inhouse warehouse and making this network more optimal.• Successfully integrated business Asset and New product portfolio. (Both on Rx side and Consumer Health Care Business)• Led Logistics cost saving by directing to move away from spot rates for containers to year long global contracts globally with lines and clubbing the consignments by air for Charter planes and keeping logistics cost lower with the current covid scenario than what we had witnessed.
