Operational responsibility included product strategy, road map planning, building out the team, project planning and oversight, architecture reviews, delivery and deployment, IT governance, career management etc. Led a team of 200+ eCommerce professionals, facilitating active collaboration between HQ and offshore groupsConsumer Services- Led the business planning and governance process for the division: develop growth strategy, conceptualize new revenue streams, design global service delivery model, organization design, talent management processes, customer satisfaction processes etc.- Designed and implemented the governance framework for the consumer business (annual revenue - $10B+); partnered with business leaders and helped them in setting and meeting quarterly and annual goals. Facilitated performance management for the global network to ensure that strategic, operational and financial plan could be met.- Led the quality assurance group for the global customer service network (7000+ customer service professionals across North and South America, Europe, India, East Asia)

- CIO-level consulting engagements with large marquee clients - Scope of work included articulation of IT strategy; setting up the governance framework and the program management office; formulating outsourcing models; optimization of IT applications landscape; framework creation for calculating the total cost of ownership; putting together the SLA framework for multi-party deployment etc.- Many of the engagements mentioned above led to large implementation projects. Was responsible for kick-starting those projects and also creating the right governance mechanism to ensure that the anticipated benefits are realized.- Program Manager for all consulting engagements at iGATE across multiple consulting practices- Responsible for all the practice development functions like recruitment, on-boarding, training and creating new service definitions.
