As a Plastic Surgeon, I started a private practice from scratch in a coffee shop in a competitive market. I made all the mistakes of marketing, sales and operations because I didn't know what I didn't know. Unfortunately, the skills I needed were not caught or taught in residency. But, I didn't give up and I learned all the areas needed for me to define my own success. My team and I, took all the lessons and bottled them up in a software to help practices of now and the future. Our simple goal, to improve the efficiency of the practice of medicine for all(patients, providers, staff). Decreasing the overall non-clinical work to have more time to do the clinical work or just have human interaction and empathy. We providing clarity to practices on how to grow and scale. Upgrading the current practices to the future of marketing and operations with full integration with EMR's. We are transforming what individualized care means for patients and providers.
