Customer Service Analyst - Reporting
Current- Ceridian is a leader in human capital management with more than 100,000 clients in over 50 countries. Ceridian provides a number of solutions including human resources, payroll, workforce management, talent management.
- Support client reporting questions and requests via phone calls and emails
- Troubleshoot reporting issues such as: reports returning incorrect data, reports returning data outside of requested data, reports not working as requested/designed, and researching/correcting error messages returned.
- Modify existing reports by adding fields, formulas, and converting from point-in-time criteria to date range criteria
- Create simple new reports
- Provide instruction to clients and answer questions regarding the use of supported products
