I am currently working as a Practice Director in the Pricing Assurance team at Everest Group. My role revolves around providing commercial advisory to enterprise buyers as well as service providers for IT applications, digital, and consulting outsourcing. I also co-lead our pricing related offerings for sourcing engineering services. In my current role, I specialize in facilitating contract negotiation and end-to-end evaluation of critical contractual aspects like pricing, T&Cs, solution sizing, governance structure, operating model, service levels, investments, productivity, etc. My expertise also extends to emerging areas like sustainability, Gen AI, adoption of contemporary commercial models like outcome-based, business case development for GCC setup, and advisory on tool/platform pricing.In my previous role, I worked as a presales consultant where my responsibilities included bid management, program management for large bids, solutioning, and leading product management initiatives for Telecom Media, and Entertainment industrialized offerings. Worked closely with the senior leadership for account growth pursuits in Telecom, Publishing, Media and Entertainment domain.
