Managed and supported a development team of coaches to deliver Evolution Sports football curriculum and technically developed players between the ages of 7 to 16- Oversaw the management of the on-line registers for the Academy to track members within the development teams- Produced session plans and delivered sessions twice a week to the following age groups (Under 6’s, 8’s, 9’s 10’s 12’s, 14’s and 16’s)- Delivered and oversaw the delivery of both holiday clubs and birthday parties - Produced termly reports on player development to parents from all my teams- Videographer for the academy filming and editing for all sports

- Developed, managed and implemented a sustainable delivery plan and strategy for engaging with schools across Qatar and developed their relationships with the Qatar Stars League and it’s 14 member clubs in order to increase participation in football and create fans for the future - Created an in schools football coaching curriculum that met the needs of individual Schools P.E. curriculum in order to work with schools during their curriculum time for 24 schools in season 1 (2013/14) and then 50 schools in season 2 (2014/15)- Established and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders such as schools and professional football clubs- Scheduled the annual and daily timetables for schools within the programme and agreed SLA’s with schools to ensure project objectives were met- Managed a team of 10 Community coaches to deliver the GOALZ programme and ensured that standards of delivery were high and the programmes objectives were met- Established and initiated official school and club agreements in order to develop relationships and long term partnerships between schools and clubs- Managed events such as festivals and tournaments which promoted the QSL and engaged with large numbers of participants and families through the GOALZ programme on selected match days- Managed the inputting of data on to our thorough Monitoring and Evaluation system which produced detailed reports and assessed the effectiveness of the programme- Co-ordinated added value activities for participating GOALZ schools by working with the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy to arrange educational trips to the Qatar World Cup Legacy Pavilion

- Responsible for the development, co-ordination and implementation of a sustainable community football, sport and physical activity development plan which included the delivery of the Premier Leagues Kicks project - Implemented a football and educational programme that targeted youths aged between 11 to 18 years old which contributed to the reduction of incidences of ASB and youth related crimes, provided alternative education and developed pathways that allowed youngsters to become productive citizens within their own communities and beyond - Assisted the Inclusion Manager in creating a range of programmes that developed the Community Trust, across the Football League Trusts target areas; Social Inclusion, Disability Football, Health, Participation and Grassroots development in order to aid the overall growth of the Community Trust programme which eventually received funding and delivered projects in all the above areas- Worked closely with the Schools Sports Partnership in order to deliver and promote all programmes across the Oldham Borough- Managed and co-ordinated local, regional tournaments, projects and events with multiple stakeholders in order to engage with large groups and develop relationships between the community and the club, specifically targeting communities who had perceived barriers to accessing the football club- Attended and contributed to strategic meetings within the local authority, Football League Trust Regionally and nationally and I was selected to participate in the National FA strategy group for tackling Anti-Semitism and Islamophobia in which I was the only Community Officer Nationally invited - Developed strong relationships with local, regional and national media and provided regular information on the Community Trusts activities and produced newsletters and regular press releases to improve exposure of the clubs community initiatives
