• One point communication contact between clients and company.• Completing vendor registrations with Govt. Organizations, PSUs and Private Corporates, both online and offline.• Preparation of MIS of the targets achieved by branches and deviations, if any. Analysis of the deviations is also done.• Maintaining the Customer Database of the company. • Handling, maintaining, imparting training with regards to Customer Relationship Management software.• Preparing newsletters / news bulletin of companies.• Preparing presentations related to various topics like new products, existing products, case studies, etc. Giving presentations.• Providing matter relating to products to be compiled in catalogs.• Handling media to be shared with customers.• Handling exhibitions right from stall booking stage to getting the stall live.• Filling up and submitting tenders on Government, Corporate and GEM portals.• Giving complete backend support to Sales and Marketing team.• Keeping records of Purchase Orders / Past Track Records.• Maintaining all documents related to Business Development Dept.

Key Accountabilities• Preparing MIS for calculating profitability through analysis of incomes as against expenses on a PAN India level.• Funds planning, budgeting and final analysis of results with budgets & preparing MIS for the same.• Preparation of MIS of the targets achieved by branches and deviations, if any. • Carrying out Internal Audit of day to day accounting entries: Sales, Purchase, Bank/ Cash Receipts & Payments, Journal & Adjustment Entries. • Passing day to day accounting entries in books of accounts if required.• Handling the Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS, Professional Tax & Advance Tax matters of the company through audit of their calculation to filing of the returns.• Preparation & filing of monthly Professional Tax, Service Tax, Sales Tax & TDS.• Handling C Forms & F Forms collection and calculation of penalty and interest on non-receipt of the same.• Ledger Scrutiny of debtors & creditors, Inter branches and bank. Reconciliation of the same.• Authorising & approving Debit Notes/ Credit Notes after ensuring proper documentation.• Calculating Dealers Incentives as per set guidelines of the company.• Final approval and audit of monthly salary / professional fees to various employees in the company.• Making various funds transfer through Swift to our overseas counterparts.• Preparation of various documents towards import of materials.• Authorized to approve vouchers for petty expenses as per company rules.• Liasioning with the CAs and bankers of the company.• Facilitating Income Tax/ VAT Scrutiny Assessments.• Handling petty cash.
