o I am responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all engineering documents, in accordance with the established procedures.o I am responsible for maintenance and continual improvement of Document Control Management System as per ISO Standard. Monitor the document control requirements on an ongoing basis.o Receiving the Tender Invitation and Upload the documents to systemo Update the Project Summary (Job In Hand & Tendering Stage).o Distribute / arrange the drawings & specifications for Estimation Engineer’s in order to starting the work to take bill of quantity or other details.o According to Estimation Engineer’s instruction, send the quotation inquiry to supplier with supporting documents through email.o Prepare Tender Documents for submission (Technical & Commercial Submission).o Updating and Filing the Project Documents, Correspondences, Other Internal Application forms like Leave Application, Sick Leave, Joining Report etc.o Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and drawings.o Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence.o Hands on experience in identifying, sorting of Engineering Documents and drawings (Electrical &Mechanical drawings, plot plans, details, standards, isometrics, manuals etc.) as per ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systemo Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office documentso Maintain procedures for maintaining documents.o Reporting on the performance of the document control system for review and as a basis for improvement of the documents control system.o Maintain document logs for correspondence,(incoming & outgoing).o To ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements at all time.File / Storeo To file all project documents : project wise, date wise, subject wise, sender wise with sequence.
