 Annual procurement plan and budget for all purchases. Knowledge of Vendor rating, Vendor development & Vendor up gradation. Placing and Monitoring of purchase orders to ensure timely and correct delivery of materials to user departments. Develop new and alternative sources of supplies to ensure timely, cost effective and quality product availability. Experience in sourcing in consumables’ items, chemicals, oil, paints, Electricals & Mechanical maintenance spares/machineries and ancillaries. Experience in developing, manufacturing and testing of tools, jigs and fixtures, measuring instruments. Procurement of cutting tools, hand tools and measuring tools. Experience in sourcing all types of capital items and Packing Materials. Proven track record of successful implementation of improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments Conduct emergency purchase when required and maintain a database of all such supplier. Develop new competent vendor’s at the most competitive rates. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardization of rates for requirements. Demonstrate continuous effort o improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes. Liaison with the plant and supply chain team to ensure delivery at the right time, price and quality. Create a date bank of efficient vendors.  Ensure adherence to all statutory requirement policies to purchase. Submit MIS report on time and analyze the same. Excellent verbal and report writing communications skills Very good coordination and organizational skills Ability to think big picture, but able to go down to a reasonable degree of detail Capability to review and filter information quickly Ability to implement programs across the company Interaction with vendors for resolving issues. Experience on ERP Module, SAP & R 12 Oracle based.
