Currently working as the Vice President, Operations, Asset and Grid Modernization, I lead and manage the System Operations, IT/OT portfolio, Asset analytics, and Grid Innovation teams for Transmission and Distribution. My expertise over the last several decades spans cross functional teams and a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders with particular focus in the areas of engineering, application engineering, project management, field services, Operations, Grid modernization, Asset Management, System Planning and defending regulatory applications.

In my current role, I lead the medium and long term strategies with respect to the real-time operations of EPC’s Transmission and Distribution systems, asset analytics, performance & optimization, Engineering Standards, and Office of the Chief Engineer. I also have accountability for the System Control Centre operation (24/7) , reliability engineering, cyber security, protection and controls for the system, automation, operational business continuity, emergency & crisis management, and disaster recovery plans for EPC infrastructure. Also accountable for the medium and long term strategies with respect to grid modernization, load settlement and distribution tariff billing for the AESO, EPC, Retailers, and Municipal clients and leading data convergence of the IT/OT systems within ENMAX Power.

Lead a team of people from system planning, asset management, equipment and standards and engineering to deliver on the strategic objectives of ENMAX Power Corporation ("EPC").Manage the system and customer planning for Transmission and Distribution. Establish and implement Asset Strategy for ENMAX Power Assets following ISO 55000 framework. Oversee life cycle management, reliability maintenance and asset analytics to deliver value in managing EPC assets. Lead engineering and estimation through various stage of project and program planning to meet year end deliverables. Provide support and lead capital program and asset maintenance through Transmission Cost of Service and Performance Based Regulation (PBR) and participate as a witness to testify in Rate hearing and regulatory proceedings.Establish, develop and streamline process, system and tool improvements with a team of engineers to deliver on engineering quality, construction and equipment standards, timeliness of response and meeting & exceeding customer expectations within the Distribution, network, Substation and Transmission areas for Electrical, Civil and Mechanical disciplines.

• Lead and manage the development of EPC's Transmission, Distribution and Network's long term system plans to meet Distribution and Transmission Performance standards. • Play a critical role in the participation of AUC regulatory requirements (Capital Prudence, COS, PBR, and Capital Tracker filings) for defending the capital portfolio.• Ensure department engagement and alignment with organization's strategic objectives including areas of personal development, compliance, and leadership development.• Develop and lead the strategy and roadmap for Grid Transformation and integration of new technologies in to the electric grid • Lead new initiatives through cross functional teams to enable the grid to enhance customer experience while meeting or exceeding their needs for today and tomorrow. • Direct emerging technology integration such as microgrid, EV, Solar PV, storage and distributed generation to facilitate penetration and adoption while working with key partners in the industry

Manages the project delivery model of Transmission, Substation, Distribution, and Network projects and Programs in a safe, reliable and effective manner to consistently meet the quality, schedule and budget parameters including obtaining regulatory approvals through short and medium term leadership strategies..-Responsible for the delivery of capital projects within the 3 pillars of cost, schedule and quality for transmission, distribution and network projects. -. Establishes and manages the multiyear forecasting and budgeting of capital projects to about $250M per annum to work to the vision of Cost of Service for transmission and PBR for Distribution-Facilitates contract negotiations, defends facility application in an AUC oral hearing, builds relationships with a large number of internal and external stakeholders for the project delivery model. -Resolves conflicts and works with peer groups such as field services, planning, and asset management to manage expectations on project deliverables. - Thrives in a very challenging fast paced environment across multi discipline and high degree of leadership. 5. Directly oversees and manages large complex distribution, network and transmission projects including upgrading substations, rebuilding transmission lines, seeking approval from regulatory bodies such as AUC and AESO and familiar with the line assignments, ministerial consents, right of way agreements etc.

• Employed as a Manager in the Transmission area responsible for capital and operational budgeting, cost control, quality and project timeline aspects of Capital Maintenance and Growth Capital projects.• Managed preliminary design of transmission and substation projects for estimation, configuration, meeting AESO functional specifications and ENMAX’s engineering standards and system planning requirements.• Managed Project interdependencies to minimize adverse impact to cost, schedule and quality.• Focused on improving business processes internally and externally for better productivity and efficiency. This includes implementing a new estimation tool, PM tool to better track time reporting, and project schedules.• Oversaw plans, project charters, project detailed design scopes, system planning reports, business cases, and design specification for capital maintenance and capital growth programs.• Developed key relationship with cross functional teams in a very dynamic paced environment to ensure project deliverables were met in the project life cycle.• Established resource plan for supply and demand conditions
