Perform daily uploads, downloads and importingComplete other duties as assigned by the stakeholderEnsure and document for Inbound/Outbound/blended dialer activityAnalysis of dialer-output data to identify potential problems/issuesRunning report regularly.Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reportsManaging and troubleshooting dialer/ IVR /hardware/network/PRI/SIP based issue for dialer.Monitoring Server health and backup procedure -Understand and resolve end user issues related to dialer Coordinate with dialer vendor to resolve outages. Job Requirement:Must have experience in BPO/Call center environment in a 24x7x365 client services environment. -Must have had hands-on experience in working and managing Asterisk based dialer platform Should have good command over Asterisk CLI and its commands (Contaque preferred)Must have created and managed campaign/IVR/ Trunk (SIP/PRI)/ asterisk level configuration/GSM Gateway Should have had hands-on experience in validating common reports like disposition/inbound / outbound callMust have had hands on experience in managing Linux OS using CLI (rsync, samba, etc.)Should have had hands on experience in reviewing logs for troubleshooting
