I'm a senior-level professional in electrical and controls engineering with experience in water treatment and conveyance, coal-fired power plants, nuclear plants, and oil refineries.I have four decades of supervising, reviewing, and approving the design of electrical instrumentation and SCADA/control systems including process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), electrical control diagrams, wiring and plan drawings; and overseeing construction, start-up support, and instrumentation and control system purchasing.

• Reviewed and approving consultants’ specifications and design documents. • Managed the development of specification packages for Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) • Configuration and field testing of thousands of I/O points in the SCADA database for five MWD water treatment plants and six pumping plants.
