From Agile implementation to hiring, onboarding, and compensation planning, PCG strives to enhance engagement, retention, and productivity across industries. Although my initial focus is on digital-native e-commerce and retail brands, my ultimate vision spans sectors including supply chain, hospitality, healthcare, and beyond.Outside of work, I’m a dedicated lifelong learner. Whether I’m playing the guitar, exploring the underwater world as an advanced scuba diver, skiing double black diamonds, or skydiving (27 solo registered dives and counting!), I’m always looking for new ways to push my boundaries.
