Technology professional with 20 years of experience in financial services domain with blend of experience in technology services industry and global in-house centers. At global in-house centers, Shiv has provided leadership on defining and executing large transformation initiatives - moving from project to product engineering teams, setting up new ways of working and establishing digital capabilities for global delivery and innovation.
