About Shiv Sharma

I am an anaesthetics trainee and co-founder of The Portfolio Clinic - a social enterprise which delivers mentorship to resident doctors seeking career support. Through my work with The Portfolio Clinic I have brought a concept from design to implementation and worked with several stakeholders including royal colleges in the UK. As a result of our work, The Portfolio Clinic was shortlisted for the Organisational Agility award 2023 by the Institute of Leadership. More recently, I have gained experience in consultancy for mentorship strategy, design and execution.
