My responsibilities is for Process Design and Installations and regular O & M of Fixed bed Gasifications of wood for thermal and power applications.Successfully commissioned Biomass Power Plants through fixed bed Gasifiers and replaced the Furnace oil,Diesel and LPG fired thermal systems areas into SYN - GAS fired systems with 50% savings in energy cost.Also handling the manufacturing of 1000 Tons/Annum Bulk Drug Intermediate at Works.Having a knowledge in solar PV Projects with a Design support of European Major who installed more than 300 MW. Also developed the Biomass pellets and forced draft Upward micro gasifications stoves to replace LPG in the commercial kitchen market.

Handled the solvent extraction of non-edible oil cakes and oil seeds.Developed the technology from SIPP levels to industrial scale for the production of Bio-diesel and Bio-solvents from waste and non-edible oils through two stage /symaltanenous reactions involving Esterifications and Trans-Esterifications. Had been to Amsterdam university for the Absorption of the Technology.Also handled Enzyme based reactions using Israel catalysts and special reactions vessels of Amsterdam University.Incharge of South-East Asia operations and reported to UK for the production,sales and out-sourcing.
