Worked in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment with many responsibilities including identifying safety and quality issues with the product and on the manufacturing floor, working with various teams such as materials, assembly, test, quality, engineering, and management to deliver a product meeting our production standards within strict deadlines.Experience working in an FDA regulated facility with strict quality and documentation standards. Worked with validating hardware (IQ OQ PQ) and briefly with validating software. Experienced working with and maintaining controlled and calibrated tools and equipment.Trained new hires on assembly and test processes. Worked with team members across multiple shifts to support manufacturing as production demand changes.Made process improvements and changes to assembly and test procedures in order to optimize manufacturing workflow and improve cycle times while reducing DPUs (Defects per unit) identified during test and quality inspection.Troubleshooted and identified root cause of issues with complex electro-mechanical devices including software, hardware, electrical, fluidic, and optical components. Documented defects and resolution/prevention measures.
