> Responsible for placing the bench candidates for multiple clientsnationwide.> Posting candidate’s resume on job boards and tracking the posting statusand results.> Experience on working with any job portals DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp,Career Builders etc.> Checking for the right requirement that matches our consultant profilesposted on Dice and monster and the requirement comes from vendors.> Before submitting the Consultants resume, I will be keen to take the Clientdetails and the location, duration of the project and I also make sure that itmay not be a double submission.> Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managingcandidate pipeline> Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals using effective resourcemanagement and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.> Interaction with Vendors and getting job requirements from them.> Processing the shortlisted profiles to the internal panel and coordinatingwith the candidate and panels to schedule the interviews> Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates and reviewapplicants to evaluate their candidature based on client requirements.> Following up with the candidates till they join.
