- Supervise cabin crew to ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide guidance.- Ensure passenger safety and comfort by enforcing safety regulations and handling emergencies.- Assist in training and developing cabin crew members, including conducting briefings and drills.- Manage cabin operations, including meal services, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.- Communicate with ground staff and cockpit crew to coordinate in-flight activities.- Successfully resolve conflicts among passengers and crew members, maintaining a positive atmosphere onboard.- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.

Alongside my Cabin Crew duties, I also represent Air India for Official events and Launches.This role involves:- Networking and liaising with Air India partners, Promotions on Social Media, ensuring the Air India brand is cast in the best possible light

-Representing Air India as the National Carrier airline.-Delivering exceptional guest experience to every single quest.-Act as a brand ambassador by displaying immaculate image and uniform standards. Demonstrate a positive and professional image with appropriate conduct and behavior at all times-Display an excellent attention to detail, which defines and differentiates the First Class experience. -Responsible for safety and security onboard.- Team work Oriented and High Communication skills.- Conduct Pre flight checks of the aircraft and make sure that all emergency and safety equipment are prepare for the flight.- Make safety and service announcements and demonstration- Prepare the cabin for take off, landing and monitoring inflight- Perform all duties following the company’s standard operating procedures and policies and all the regulatory requirements.• Sensitivity to the unique environmental, cultural and business needs of diverse cultures and communities- Trained for a Fast and effective response in case of any emergency during the flight.
