As a SR IT Recruiter at Qsource group inc, I am responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants on various projects across the US. I have around 3 years of experience in US Bench Sales, working with different visa statuses, tax terms, and client requirements. I have a strong track record of negotiating and finalizing contracts with consultants and clients, as well as building and maintaining relationships with them. I have successfully sourced and submitted qualified candidates using various portals and social sites, such as Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, and LinkedIn. I have also contributed to the growth and performance of my team and organization, by delivering against the targets and deadlines, and by demonstrating strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I have a degree in engineering from Vaagdevi College of Engineering, Kakatiya University, and a post-graduate degree from Masterji Degree & P.G College.
