In this role I have been involved in the forming of the Wellness and Lifestyle team. This growing team involves a of physiotherapists, therapy assistants and lifestyle staff in both residential setting and in the community setting. Worked as a therapy assistant under Darrell Flynn for 4 years and Margaret Simpson for the remainder of my time at the facility. I was in charge of completing prescribed exercise programs and rehabilitation for residents of the 70 bed high care facility. Also completed manual handling training and weekend reception work while studying for the facility
