(A) OPERATIONS and PLANT MAINTENANCE: Operations and maintenance of 132/33kv sub-station ,over head/underground transmission line and General maintenance electrical of the Plant , KGVK NGO , housing colony ,gymkhana club . Efficient functioning of the power Transformer ,HT &​LT switch gears, switch yard , upto 4000A ACB , OCB ,MOCB , VCB , 33kv sf6 breaker , 8 x 1010 kv DG , 1x1600 kva ups this includes Productivity, load management from 20MW captive power plant & Utilization, Quality, Cost Control, Budgeting, etc.  Power transformer updates test formats, permit to work certificate upto 33 kv . Protection system , cable fault location ,energy audit & saving . Responsible for General Administration & Discipline and Legal Compliance of Factory for electrical issue . Proactively identifying areas of obstructions/breakdown, and take steps to rectify the system through trouble shooting tools. Responsible for shift scheduling, Testing and maintenance and overhauling of various MCC, MPCB ,HT and LT motors ,11kv and 33kv overhead lines and rely co-ordination.  Executing cost saving & energy saving measures & techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures. Managing a team of 7 staff & 12 workmen and motivating them to achieve desired targets Responsible for imparting continuous on job training to supervisors and workmen to enhance their operational efficiencies on various subjects.  Responsible for validation and calibration of critical instruments & equipment of the winding shop and sub-station. Responsible for motor winding shop and telephone exchange, air conditioners (split, window package) of entire plant. Cable jointing knowledge, oil leakage repairing and termination accuracy.
