I am working under Executive Director/Strategic Planning Implementation in Railway Board on deputation. My primary responsibility is to create visualization of Indian railway's huge database and provide analytics to Railway higher management to monitor and manage their assets and improve the overall operations of Indian Railway.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with different departments of Indian Railways to gather data and understand their requirements for data analysis.Clean and process huge amounts of data using Python programming language and store it in SQL databases for further analysis.• Create interactive data visualizations usingPower BI tool to represent complex data sets in an understandable format for decision-makers. • Conduct analysis of data using statistical and data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. • Provide insights and recommendations tosenior management based on analysis of data to help them make informed decisions.• Monitor the performance of Indian Railways using various metrics and make recommendations for improvement. • Work with technical teams to develop andimplement data analytics solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.• Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes and procedures.Overall, my goal is to leverage my data analytics skills and collaborate with different departments to drive data-based decision making and help higher authorities to function more efficiently.
