Roles & Responsibilities. Customer service: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to all customers and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner. Business development: Achieving branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products by developing and executing business development strategies. Operations management: Overseeing branch operations, including cash management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Team management: Leading and managing the branch team, including performance management, coaching, and training. Sales management: Managing and monitoring the sales activities of the branch, including sales tracking, product training, and incentives management. Relationship management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, local businesses, and community leaders to support business development efforts. Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports to the Branch Manager and senior management on branch operations, customer service, and business development activities.

Functional Responsibilities Process transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. Informing customers about bank products and services Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault. Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential. Handle customer queries and provide correct solutions to ensure there are no customer complaints. Ensure that all audit requirements of the bank are met optimum audit rating. As part of the daily cadence, we are required to engage with existing customers of the Bank which are mapped to our portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer.

Roles. providing financial solutions to customers by offering bank products, providing service to existing and New-To-bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits. We will be required to use our communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell Bank products. We are expected to process customer transactions and Service requests within a defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end-to-end closure. We may also be posted as tellers as per the organization’s requirements for processing cash transactions of customers. We shall introduce customers to alternate channels of banking such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, and WhatsApp banking wherever possible. Responsibilities. Offering solutions and Cross selling Bank’s retail banking and third-party products as per assigned budgets. (Eg. Life insurance, General insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans etc.) Achieve Business budgets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis consistently. Generating referrals and leads of new customers for the sale of the bank’s products. Promoting the bank’s products by taking part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch. Contact existing customers for bringing in more deposits and cross-selling of bank’s products. Timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and requests. Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity released from time to time. Ensure that all audit requirements of the bank are met optimum audit rating. Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification etc.) Complete all learning activities/training conducted by the bank from time to time. Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank’s CRM system. Participate and follow all initiatives/ Campaigns/ Drives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time.
