As an independent consultant for businesses, he specializes in Brand strategy and UX, digital marketing across content marketing, e-commerce, mobile, social and advertising.At Brand Union India he was the head of business in India and Digital lead in APAC. He was responsible for the local business, the quality of design solution and program management.As Executive Creative Director - Digital at Ogilvy Shiva headed a team of digital strategists, user experience designers, creative directors and technologists. This team delivered solutions and digital campaigns across online product user experience, content marketing, e-commerce, mobile, social and display/direct advertising.Apparatus Media Lab, a firm focused on Brand, UX and Publications founded by Shiva in 2003, was acquired by WPP/Ogilvy in 2013.Before founding Apparatus Media Lab Shiva was the Director-Creative at Netkraft Private Limited - an enterprise software solution provider in Bangalore, India. He managed a large creative team to deliver UX solutions to a global clientele.Shiva has served as a consultant Creative Lead for Sapient at their London and New Delhi offices. He was the creative project coordinator for three projects to deliver quality creative solutions. Additionally, he was the Design Director for CIO - a magazine to meet the needs of Chief Information Officers and other information executives for their print edition in India.Shiva served as a Design Director at Ray and Keshavan Design (now Brand Union of WPP) - a brand communication firm in Bangalore, India. He was responsible for the design, production and quality across the entire lifecycle of any design project starting from inception to print and delivery.Shiva is an academically trained Communication Designer from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
