• Lead the AP and AR team members by guiding and coaching the requirements to support company routine transaction and payment are processed in efficient manner and accurately.• Collaborate with cross function teams like procurement and invoice team to ensure customers and vendors are set up correctly and billed according to their specific requirements or contracts.• Utilize NetSuite and QuickBooks Online to manage records.• Verify discrepancies and resolve customers and vendors billing issues.• Apply customer payment and customer credit in the NetSuite ERP system as well as maintain payment record.• Authorized to issue credit memo as and when required.• Implement or adjust customer credit limit based on credit analysis and payment history in NetSuite ERP system.• Prepare daily sales report and share it with management using excel Pivot chart.• Proactively identify possible bad debt and act on initiating collection.• Collaborate with legal team when debt is uncollectible.• Manage AR portfolio, monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt.• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.• Manage payment of all vendors to maximize cash flow by obtaining early payment discount and rebates.• Processing ACH, EFT, PAD, and wire payment to Vendor. Processing weekly batch of PAP from intercompany and regular credit customer account.• Proficient in Journal entries and maintain general ledger.• Monitor and report aging receivable and payable to management on a weekly basis.• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation.• Assisting financial controller to reconcile AR, AP, HST and Intercompany balances
