Accounts Receivable: Daily tracking of debtors ageing & overdue reporting.Collection Entry on real time basis.Offsetting of debtors account done and zero pending offsetting at each month end basis.Review customers indent to invoicing.Actively involved in processing of customer indent to invoicing them, according to the credit policy.Checking indent according to their Credit limit, outstanding, overdue & credit days.Chasing collections and tracking daily OD/DSO by groups to release sale.Accounts Payable: Checking and settlement of Claims as per policies & procedure within cut-off date.Review creditors ageing & liaising with the creditors/vendors, reviewing their billings, invoices & other legal documents and ensuring timely payments to reduce the accruals.Reconciliation: Preparation of creditors and debtors reconciliation to obtain balance confirmation.Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Items and Trial Balance Review.Bank reconciliation on daily basis.Internal & External Auditors: Coordinating with Internal & External Auditors and providing required documents to facilitate audit process.Books Keeping: Adequate safe record keeping and developing an efficient retrieval system for all documents having bearing on books of accounts, statutory submissions and business performance analysis.
