✨Electrical and Automation & Documentation and Auditing ✨🥇 Renewal Energy 🥇Boost EV charging station, interested in EV via Renewable energy I am working with JSW Steel Ltd, Vijayanagar in Cold Rolling Mill Department as a Assistant Manager from July 2022 to till now.• Attending, controlling & proper recording of all maintenance activities.• Reporting all activities, guide technicians in the respective units regarding Electrical maintenance activities of the equipment.• Attending breakdowns and reporting of job status/abnormalities/spares utilized and manpower deployment.• Condition monitoring on dept's environmental aspects, completion of respective unit's EMP.Execution of shutdown jobs and deploying manpower as per the plan.• Taking safety permits, closing and filing of the same after job completion.• Assembly for the spare equipment and testing and repair of damaged equipment at line.• Entry of executed jobs into log books and SAP system on daily basis.• Ensure that scrap and waste is Identified & segregated properly for disposal.• Execution of maintenance records.• Daily Inventory checking, refurbishing and indenting for spares and consumables.Spare standardization and indigenization by developing local vendors for critical and costly spares.• Preparing and implementing documents for ISO/IATF & DWM/TQM activities.• Maintaining records for spares inventory.• Review of daily Logbook and initiation of appropriate corrective actions, permanent solution to repetitive problems & their implementation.• Preparation and Monitoring of preventive maintenance plans & schedules, inspection & testing of procured materials, jobs & spare planning, follow up with purchase, stores for keeping track of spare consumption.• Housekeeping and 5S implementation in the assigned Area.• Monitoring and review of 5S and safety Identify the training needs, ensuring that the training is held as per the plan with attendance compliance and evaluate the effectiveness of training.• Responsible for completion of identified improvement project w.r.t target date.• Overall control of men, machines, materials, Inter Departmental Co-ordination.• Preparing & maintaining annual budget, planning of capital shutdown, major/minor modification• Establishing and implementing of QMS, EMS and OHSMS in their respective areas.• Identifying training needs of departmental personnel.• Responsible for achieving department objectives and KPIs.
