International Trade and MarketingJob Responsibilities:- Responsible for Business development of imported coal (Indonesia & South Africa) - To do the market research about the requirement of imported coal in the different industries (Cement, Power, Steel, Textiles, Paper, Refineries, chemicals, refined oil plants etc. in India).- To acquire new corporate clients and to build strong & healthy relationship with the existing ones includes both end users & traders.- To manage transportation of Coal (Road & Railway): Transportation on the basis of effective (cost) & shortest way of materialization.- Proper coordination with Stevedores for smooth port Operations in southern Part of India. (Liasioning with Port authorities, Custom officers, coal handling agents and railway authorities for the smooth movement of coal).- Calculation of imported coal cost, Custom Duty & Railway Freight.- Smooth flow of International documentation process (B/E,Letter of credit documents, High Seas agreements, B/L endorsements).- Quality Parameters: Ascertain the quality of coal for GCV, Ash, and VM & Moisture by proper sampling.- Handled commercial and contractual T&C including Penalty, extra claim, taxes, duties, and payment terms and reconcillation of accounts ledger of clients and stevedores.- To prepare MIS reports of expected collections of all ports, actual collections done, sales notes approval.
