I founded Propcheck-India, a real estate channel partner firm associated with top developers, in April 2023. My mission is to provide quality and reliable services to clients and partners in the Mumbai and Pune markets.Before starting my own venture, I worked as the Country Head - Kenya at Godrej Properties Limited, where I led the sales and marketing operations for the Africa & Europe region catring to Pan-India Portfolio of Godrej Properties. I was responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and geography expansion in the untapped international markets. I also worked as the Dept Manager Sales & Marketing Shapoorji Pallonji at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, where I handled domestic and international sales for residential and commercial projects. I have a proven track record of closing deals, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, and developing strategies. I have a strong expertise in the real estate sector, with a focus on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from S.S.J.C.E.T Mumbai. I have excellent skills in Excel, planning, teamwork, and communication.
