My responsibilities included collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize enhancements, developing comprehensive roadmaps, and implementing best practices to improve developer productivity. By leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback, I ensured efficient product delivery and continuous improvement of our software release workflows.
