I have been part of the community since 2020 when I graduated from the first ecosystem leader cohort of 2021 (Gen1) and have been associated with it ever since. Teaching learning and development courses to help individuals design and deliver effective L&D programs.The course establishes the basic grounds of learning from a biological and technological point of view. It discusses the motivations of lifelong learning establishing 'learning' as a basic human need. Participants explore different types of Learning tools and technologies, learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs, and develop strategies for designing successful initiatives. They also review the impact of digital transformation on learning and development practices, including the use of data analytics to measure the effectiveness with data-driven decisions. We observe and evaluate the parallels in Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence including and not limited to Chat GPT. Throughout the course, participants apply adult learning principles to design effective training programs for diverse learner populations, develop strategies for promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within organizations, and learn how to use training needs assessments to design learning and development programs that align with business objectives.
