To understand the traction of various chocolate segments and propose a strategy to gain market share.~Conducted study across the value chain partners which includes 134 meetings and engaged over 500 respondents for consumer survey to understand market presence and consumer behaviour for the Amul-brand of chocolates~Identified the gaps in the market and worked on the same by improving presence of fast-sellings SKUs for developing new market for one variety and managing few distributors and salespersons~Proposed and implemented multiple BTL activities and conducted ‘Click Pick Win’ activity for chocolate category

~Conducted extensive socio-economic surveys to study and analyze development parameters to understand a comprehensive picture of the development status of the village.~Prepared a marketing plan and branding strategy for green tea and organic pepper produced by the tribal community.
