My experience over there included the following:Ashram IT Department-Responsible for configuring the ERP application (Odoo ERP) as per the specifications/requirements given by the various department heads.-Undergoing detailed discussions with the department heads to gather their requirements.-Organising detailed demos for the various department to showcase the work done by our team.-Part of the change management team responsible for acceptance of the ERP by the various departments at Isha Foundation.Tree Care Department (Ashram Forest Department)-Responsible for taking care of the forest/garden area around the ashram.Biksha Department (Ashram Food Distribution Department)-Responsible for serving food to thousands of mediators staying at the ashram.-Responsible for maintaining the sanctity and hygiene of the hall.

Project : Casing Seat Selection & Casing DesignThis project is an attempt to understand the process of Casing Design for Oil & Gas wells. The data of an exploratory well was taken and casing was designed for that well using fracture gradient calculations and the calculations of burst, collapse ad tension for each casing string.Field exposure was an integral part of my project where I went to Padra and Chaklasi fields and witnessed operations like Drilling and Well services, Perforations, Logging, Directional Drilling.
