Maintaining accurate records of leave and processing attendance.Maintaining employees Appraisal Details (Half Day, Leave, late coming, etc.) and forwarding it to the HOD for the further procedure.Standardizing the process of joining formalities of new employees.Processing payroll sheet and preparing payment requisition for making payment.Reimbursement expenses Checking & processing of reimbursements as per company policy.Full and Final Settlement Checking & processing payments of Full & Final settlement within TAT.Calculation of Full & Final settlement dues of exited employees with checking leaves, pending salary or recoveries for left employees.Maintaining & Updating employee F&F tracker.Preparation of other payment report as per company policy i.e. Incentives, Advances, Imprest Cash, Loan etc.Maintaining all documents of statutory compliance (ESI Act 1948, PF Act 1952, Payment of Bonus Act 1965, Payment of Gratuity 1972)Keeping record of Challans & various reports like PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc.To look after all statutory compliances relating to PF,ESIC,TDS & Professional Tax maintaining effective liaison with the Government and other government authorities established under the labor /administrative laws.Preparation of Costing report for employee f&f & Gratuity (Department & Branch wise) on monthly basis as per requirement of Management.Preparing various letters to employees like Offer, Increment, Transfer ,Absenteeism notice, Warning, Experience, Relieving Letters etc
